FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY CLOSE TO HOME
I’m based in Riverdale and photograph families throughout the neighborhood,
the Bronx, New York City, and nearby Westchester.
Sessions can happen at home, on your block, or somewhere your family loves
to spend time. There’s no need for everyone to know exactly what to do in
front of the camera. I’ll give you gentle direction when you need it, make
room for kids to move and play, and photograph the connection and personality
that happen along the way.
BEHIND THE CAMERA
Hi, I’m Alex — a photographer, actor, mother of two, and Riverdale local.
I photograph families here in the neighborhood and throughout the Bronx, New York City, and nearby Westchester, and I love being able to work close to home — in familiar parks, on neighborhood streets, and in the spaces where families actually live.
I’ll give you enough direction to feel comfortable, then leave room for your family to move, play, connect, and just be together. I’m always watching for the things that happen in between: the hand reaching for yours, the full-body laugh, the quiet look, the toddler making a break for it.
The goal is never to make your family look perfect. It’s to make photographs that feel like yours.
